Can I keep my existing perpetual licence?+

Perpetual licences already purchased can continue to be used, but new support and updates require a subscription. We assess when and what to switch to.

What does VCF offer over VVF?+

VCF adds NSX network virtualisation, VCF Automation self-service, HCX migration, orchestrated lifecycle management and four times the vSAN capacity. If these are not needed, VVF is cheaper, we tell you which makes sense after the assessment.

Can Horizon run on a VCF environment?+

Yes, Horizon is built on vSphere, and VCF is the ideal foundation. The Horizon licence is provided by Omnissa, separately from VCF.
